Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 24, 2026
Protecting your information isn't a checkbox for us - it's a basic part of how we operate. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it.
1. Who This Applies To
This policy applies to anyone who visits thejamagency.com, submits a form on our site, or communicates with us through our website. We do not intentionally collect or maintain data from individuals under the age of 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are under 13, please do not submit information through our forms.
2. Information You Give Us Directly
When you complete our marketing survey, AI visibility audit form, discovery form, or contact form, we collect:
- Business name and contact details (name, email, phone)
- Information about your venue, budget, marketing activity, and goals
- Your responses to questions about your team, tools, and current marketing performance
We use this information to evaluate your situation, prepare recommendations, and follow up with you about our services. We store it in our secure WordPress database and internal systems. We never sell it.
All emails sent from JAM Agency clearly identify JAM Agency as the sender and include an unsubscribe option, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.
3. Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit our site, we and our third-party partners collect data automatically through cookies and tracking technologies. Here's what's running and why:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Purpose: Understanding how visitors use our site - which pages they visit, how long they stay, and where they come from. Cookies: _ga (expires 2 years), _ga_[container ID] (expires 2 years), _gid (expires 24 hours) Data sent to: Google LLC, United States
Google Ads Conversion Tracking

Security (Wordfence)
Purpose: Protecting the site from malicious traffic and unauthorized access attempts. Cookies: Set for logged-in users only; not applied to general visitors.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may limit certain features on our site.
4. Use of Your Information
We may use your information to:
- Deliver and improve our services
- Respond to inquiries or service requests
- Send administrative updates or account notifications
- Send marketing communications (if you have opted in)
- Personalize your website experience
- Analyze usage and trends
- Comply with legal obligations
We never sell your personal information.
5. How Long We Keep Form Submission Data
When you submit a form on our site, your submission is stored in our WordPress database as follows:
- Contact details and survey responses: Retained for as long as you remain a prospective or active client, or up to 3 years from your last interaction with us, whichever comes first.
- Raw submission data: Automatically purged after 90 days. The structured data from your submission (scores, recommendations, flags) may be retained longer for internal reporting.
- Email correspondence: Retained for up to 3 years.
6. A Note on AI-Powered Features
If you submit our marketing survey or AI visibility audit form, your responses may be processed by the Anthropic Claude API to generate a preliminary assessment or visibility report. This processing occurs server-side. Your contact details are not sent to the Anthropic API - only your anonymized survey responses are used to generate findings. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that processing: anthropic.com/privacy.
7. Who We Share Data With
We share data only with service providers that help us operate our business:
- Kinsta - website hosting (United States)
- Google - analytics, ads, and email delivery via Gmail/Google Workspace
- Meta - advertising measurement
- Flodesk - email marketing (when you opt in to receive communications from us)
- WP Mail SMTP - transactional email delivery
We may also disclose your information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or misuse of our services. We don't share your data with anyone outside of operational necessity.
8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact legal@thejamagency.com.
12. Security
Our site is hosted on Kinsta, which provides containerized server infrastructure, automated daily backups, and server-level firewalls. We use SSL encryption (HTTPS) site-wide, and access to stored submission data is restricted to authorized team members. No transmission method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security - but we take reasonable, practical steps to protect what you share with us.
